Identity in Megapolis Style

On October 3rd, a highly significant event took place at the Fairmont Grand Hotel Kyiv, marking a new direction for our company and standing out for its uniqueness. Megapolis Advertising Holding organized and successfully conducted its first private business event for friends and partners - Megapolis ID.

Megapolis ID: Idea, Ideal, Identity...

The name of the business event, Megapolis ID, was not chosen randomly. It carries a profound meaning, reflecting the essence and mission of the Megapolis Advertising Holding. For over 20 years, we have been working in the OOH and transit advertising sphere, effectively solving the business challenges of each client, understanding their needs, and assisting brands and companies in identifying themselves within the business environment.

"In this context, 'ID' is not just an abbreviation but a key concept that unveils not only the idea of the event but also our approach to conducting business as a whole. It is primarily about the identification of the company and its uniqueness. It's the identification of the core messages about the company: vision, mission, values, and positioning. Throughout the event, we not only revealed our identity and the pursuit of constant forward movement (the aspiration for unattainable perfection, which is the motivation not to stand still) but also highlighted a similar approach to business management, partnership principles, and support for the development of our clients' businesses. Immersing themselves in the world of 'Megapolis ID,' guests discovered the scale of the holding: a wide range of advertising services and directions, numerous innovative ideas, and opportunities to create the unique identity of their business or project.

No one else can tell the story of Megapolis' identity like these two bright and significant figures for our advertising company: Olga Vasilyeva, Managing Partner and Chief Commercial Officer of Megapolis Advertising Holding, and Serhiy Kyryi, Chief Sales Officer of the holding, who, with the start of the full-scale invasion in Ukraine, joined the ranks of the Armed Forces and currently stands in defense of our country. They initiated the event and, with their sincere emotional speeches, opened the program, emphasizing the importance and significance of the business event for the further development of the holding.

Today we have gathered together to support each other, share experiences, exchange ideas, get inspired for new projects, and, of course, communicate in person. Because right now, we all keenly realize the importance and value of unity and solidarity on the path to a common goal. Our event is called Megapolis ID. And it is primarily about identity, something crucial for all of us today. It's about IDeas that arise in synergy and collaboration. It's about a striving for IDeality that doesn't let us stop.

This mix of professional experts made the event incredibly interesting and helped us precisely highlight opportunities for development, showcase different ways to overcome challenges, and share valuable international experience that can be beneficial for Ukrainian companies.

Panel Discussion on Ukrainian Business Abroad

The war in Ukraine prompted numerous businesses to take a significant step towards international expansion. We couldn't bypass this important topic and used it for a panel discussion. The moderator was a well-known marketer, entrepreneur, and investor, founder of the marketing agency Fedoriv Agency, and head of Vesna Capital Investment Fund - Andriy Fedoriv.
Outstanding representatives of Ukrainian business who have already achieved significant success in this field shared insights into the prospects, opportunities, and experiences of Ukrainian businesses abroad. Among those who shared insights were:

  • Oleksandr Konotopskyi, CEO of Ajax Systems and, according to Forbes Ukraine ranking, holds the 20th place among the richest people in Ukraine;
  • Olena Plakhova, Reputation Management Director and a member of the board of directors of Nova Poshta group of companies;
  • Yuriy Holanych, General Manager of the Household & International Business direction at the Biosphere corporation.

The panel discussion at Megapolis ID allowed our guests to learn more about the challenges, potential, features, and difficulties for Ukrainian businesses abroad. We hope that the presentations of the discussion participants inspired them to achieve new accomplishments, apply creative approaches, expand their thinking, and scale their businesses.

Megapolis is a symbol of modernity, a bustling city that is rapidly growing. Similarly, our advertising holding is moving forward and helping others grow by working together. The modern world is a world of digitization, and our event reflected this modernity. Throughout the day, guests were treated to exciting activities that went beyond networking zones and took place on stage between speaker sessions. These activities not only entertained but also inspired guests with new ideas, helping them navigate more easily in this metropolis of opportunities and challenges. Special attention was given to activities involving artificial intelligence (specifically the Midjouney neural network), where guests could test how it works and create their own advertising for the future.

Megapolis ID: Creating the Future Together

By bringing together the best Ukrainian business leaders, we demonstrated the importance and necessity of supporting and developing businesses in today's conditions. We discussed ways to overcome crises, shared experiences and achievements, analyzed potential prospects for brand promotion in Ukraine and abroad. Moreover, we provided participants not only the opportunity to listen to lectures from leading experts but also actively exchange thoughts and ideas, address relevant issues, and seek solutions in live discussions.

Megapolis ID became not only an event for gaining new insights but also a time for business networking, where each guest could find new partners, learn about opportunities for joint projects, and expand their business contacts. A crucial role in creating a productive atmosphere was played by the professional host, Volodymyr Andriyevskyi, who excellently maintained the event's dynamics and facilitated active communication among participants.
We sincerely thank Fairmont Grand Hotel Kyiv for providing an excellent and atmospheric venue for our event. Their hospitality and high-quality service helped create an unparalleled atmosphere.
